Professional Guardianship: Providing court appointed guardianship for those whose families and friends are unable to act on their behalf.

JOANNE DUNPHY-FLYNN, BS, FOUNDER AND OWNER
Joanne graduated from St. Marys University with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice in 1988. Following her graduation, Joanne gained exceptional experience working for different law firms throughout the Chicagoland area. For over 10 years, she worked as a Paralegal specializing in insurance defense litigation. She later joined J&L Pearlman as a Case Manager in 1998. There, Joanne became an expert working within the Probate Court dealing with special needs trusts, OBRA trusts, guardianship and working to secure benefits and entitlements.
In 2019, Joanne formed Consultants on Disability where she brought her 20+ years of knowledge and expertise. Her accumulation of experience has helped her to develop a specialized needs assessment to further evaluate and assess the best plan of care for each individual client throughout their life span- no matter how complex their need.
Joanne is committed to providing outstanding service to each individual she serves in order to improve their overall life satisfaction, well being and financial security.
GAIL MCNICHOLS, BA, CASE MANAGER
Gail received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Illinois University in 1993. Her professional career began in 1991, where she gained experience at an adult day program. During her 11 years with Helping Hand Rehabilitation Center, Gail worked in direct care, as a Case Manager and Program Supervisor. She joined J&L Pearlman in 2002 as a Case Manager. In 2019, Gail started with Consultants on Disability.
Her level of experience and expertise has served as an excellent resource to our clients in terms of her keen ability to allocate resources to clients no matter the need. Gail's remarkable rapport and compassion is best seen in the long standing relationships she has cultivated with each and every individual she works alongside.
DONNA MCGREER, BS, CASE MANAGER
Donna received a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Winona State in 1990. She has worked in various types of law throughout her career. Donna took time off to raise her three beautiful children. In 2014, she began working as a Case Manager for J&L Pearlman. She later joined Consultants on Disability in 2019.
Donna specializes in elder case management and is passionate about advocating for the senior population.
